When we release these wounds and traumas and break through the blocks that limit our growth, we free up and create space within our heart and soul to expand and create the life we desire.

We have intentionally curated a 4 day repose from life, designed to allow you to ground, heal, integrate and leave with your soul soaring! You will return to the woman you were born to be, feeling a sense of connection with your authentic self, and with the ability to gracefully navigate all of life.

Women are uniquely designed to handle a lot in life. We naturally multitask. We nurture. We lead. We set the tone for our home and our community. At our best we do this with grace and ease. But the demands of life in our hectic and fast-paced society take their toll on our bodies, minds, and souls. 

Each day is carefully crafted to ease you into vulnerability, connection and expansion, with restful times to rejuvenate. This retreat is not for the faint of heart! You will be stretched and challenged. You will also be cared for and loved. There may be tears. There will be laughter and joy!

Sound Healing

All of life is made of energy vibrating at a certain frequency. We utilize sound throughout the retreat, intentionally crafting high vibrational playlists and playing instruments such as sound bowls, gongs, rattles, etc. to positively impact your body, mind and our environment. Sound healing sessions are designed to guide participants on a journey inward, facilitating a release of emotional blockages and encouraging energetic alignment. As the sound waves wash over the group, they foster a meditative state, helping women reconnect with their inner selves, ease anxiety, and enhance their overall sense of peace.

Yoga

Move your body and discover bliss and tranquility within through yoga that is more than just a practice- it’s a path to inner peace and mastery. Cultivated in a safe, loving environment, our retreat offers multiple daily yoga sessions, led by experienced instructors, tailored to all skill levels. Transformational Group Coaching 

Your life will change when your thoughts change. Discover the unconscious patterns of your thoughts that create your life. Bringing these patterns into your conscious awareness will empower you to create lasting, life-long changes.

Through intentionally crafted group discussion, NLP techniques, and journaling exercises, you will identify disempowering thoughts and interrupt the looping patterns that these thoughts cycle through your life. This will empower you to choose thoughts that reflect your true authentic self and to step into your unique life purpose.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is referred to as the yoga of awareness.  It is a spiritual and transformative form of yoga that focuses on awakening the dormant spiritual energy within the body lying at the base of the spine known as Kundalini. The practice works to transform and raise this energy through various methods to attain higher consciousness and the experience of your true self.

Some of the benefits of Kundalini Yoga include:

Breath Work, Co-Facilitator

To know her is to love her. Kim Richter is the life of the party everywhere she goes. As a breathwork facilitator and holistic coach, Kim blends her enthusiasm, spontaneity, & maternal instinct with breath to create a place where even difficult moments can be enjoyed. 

Kim is a mother, partner, business owner, and volleyball player. After selling a successful legal marketing business several years ago she became the heart and soul of Breath.Energy. Everyone who does breathwork with Kim feels the love, because, Love is always the answer.

Jeri

Mindset Coach, Facilitator

Jeri’s mission is to UPlevel the energy of the planet by sharing spiritual and higher vibe concepts and practices in an approachable way.  A wife, mother and owner of multiple 7-figure businesses, she  is also certified as an NLP Master Practitioner, YTT 200 yoga certification, Yoga Nidra certification, and is trained in Conscious Connected Breathwork. As a seeker of spiritual and esoteric knowledge, she walks a balance of integrating higher consciousness into our everyday world.

Chef

Kalyn is a dedicated nutrition coach, culinary specialist, and microgreens farmer. She specializes in helping people develop healthier eating habits and a balanced mindset around food. With a culinary education and a passion for nutrition, Kalyn offers cooking classes, custom raw food cleanses, and fresh microgreens to her community, while also providing coaching to anyone seeking lasting lifestyle changes. Her compassionate approach empowers clients to embrace nourishing, enjoyable lifestyles, making positive changes accessible and sustainable.

Shawna

Assistant Chef, Kundalini Yoga Teacher


Shawna (aka Dharma Jeet) has been a lifelong student of self actualization and a committed seeker of God.  She grew up in a small town in Wisconsin, and always felt a little out of place; coming up with ideas in childhood unheard of by her tribe, like vegetarianism, seeking religion, & (later in life), abstaining from alcohol (in a land obsessed with beer, cheese & Packer games). When she was 20 years old, her mother introduced her to her first yoga class and she was hooked.

She practiced various forms of hatha yoga (including vinyasa, hot yoga, & yin) for 25 years before she found her way to Kundalini yoga.  Her first class was nothing short of life changing and with only a handful of classes under her belt, she embarked on the journey of becoming a teacher, which felt like a return to herself. 

Sensitive by nature and attuned to the emotions of others, she enjoys connecting with fellow humans and listening to others share the highs and lows of life.  She is a wearer of many hats, including; wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter, realtor, homeschooling parent, health educator, teacher & death midwife.  

In her “spare time”, she enjoys adventuring with her daughter, doing yoga of course, hiking, reading, drinking smoothies in the sun and all things healing and self care.

What to Prepare/ Bring

  • Workout/Yoga clothes (Many of the yoga classes will warrant loose, comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. For Kundalini Yoga, ladies are encouraged to wear white, but it is completely optional).
  • Comfortable, lounging, everyday clothes that make you feel snuggly and at ease. 
  • Sneakers/Outdoor footwear for walking. 
  • Warm outerwear for walks and forest meditations (hat, gloves, scarves, jacket).
  • Bathing suit

  • An open heart and mind

Room Descriptions

Our retreat is a sleepover-style arrangement, so unless you snag the solo king in a solo room, all other options encourage a communal atmosphere where participants can get to know each other and foster new friendships. Sharing a space enhances the retreat experience by creating opportunities for bonding through shared experiences. Fun fact: several years ago, two amazing women who did not know each other yet roomed together, and they became such good friends that they went skydiving together after the Retreat. Remember, strangers are only strangers until we become friends. (Pricing is per Goddess)

Woodland Retreat Room (Share a Queen) – $1,895

Cozy and charming, the Woodland Retreat Room provides a shared queen bed. Ideal for friends or sisters looking to share the retreat experience, or anyone looking to further connect with another fellow Goddess. Relax and unwind in the heart of the serene woodland.

Cedar Serenity Room (Twin) – $1,995

Share stories, laughter, and moments of reflection in a setting that feels just like a grown-up sleepover—minus the sleeping bags while resting in your own twin bed in a shared room. Our Cedar Serenity Room offers a comfortable twin bed, perfect for those seeking an affordable yet serene retreat experience.

Tranquil Grove Room (Share a King) – $2,195

Share the comfort of a king-sized bed with another in our Tranquil Grove Room. Ideal for close friends or family members attending the retreat together, or anyone open to meeting their potential new bestie. Enjoy the tranquil ambiance and the soothing views of the surrounding nature.

Whispering Pines Room (Solo Queen in a Shared Room) – $3,495

Experience peace and comfort in our Whispering Pines Room. This room features a cozy queen bed all to yourself within a shared space. Perfect for those seeking a balance between privacy and the camaraderie of the retreat.

Pine Haven Suite (Solo King in a Solo Room) – $3,995

Indulge in the ultimate luxury and tranquility in our Pine Haven Suite. This exclusive room offers a spacious king bed and private bath just for you, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating retreat, offering space to reflect alone when you desire quiet time for yourself.. Enjoy the serene views of the surrounding pines and the comfort of complete privacy.
